Welcome to Love Centered DC, where we provide extended daycare services from 6:30am-8am and 5pm-7:pm to accommodate working parents' schedules. Our priority is to create a nurturing and secure environment for children while their parents are at work. Our team of experienced caregivers is dedicated to ensuring the well-being and happiness of your little ones. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Love Centered Daycare! We are delighted to welcome you into our community. The information below has been developed to provide parents with information on policies and procedures of Love Centered Daycare. Please read carefully and contact us to discuss any new ideas, concerns, or questions you may have. ** Our core mission is to make all families feel seen, valued and loved! **Card must be on file to book. Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent a pay link to your email on file. Your pay link must be completed before start of service. If you book multiple days all days will be charged at once. Thank you. 1. If you scheduled a tour, the program address will be sent via email once tour is booked and confirmed. 2. If you scheduled a tour, please give and expect to receive 24hr notice if the tour needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. 3. $10 tour fee will transfer to a new date and time if a program tour is rescheduled with 24-hour notice. 4. If you have booked a tour, please do your best to arrive at the scheduled tour time but no more than 5 minutes early as we may be hosting for another family. 5. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrival after your scheduled tour time. After 15 minutes your tour may have to be rebooked, and a new tour fee will apply. 6. Extended care, Weekend care and Weekday Drop-in's must be booked 24 hours in advance. These services guarantee a 50% refund if cancelled anytime. Fee can transfer to a future date if rescheduled within 24 hours dependent on program availability. 7. Please no loud music, smoking or speeding when touring, picking up or dropping off children in front of the program residence. 8. Children and parents must be in good health for any services when booking with Love Centered Daycare. 9. There is a 10-minute grace period for pickup after your child’s scheduled pickup time for childcare services. Each minute after that 10-minute grace period will be charged $1.00/minute and will be charged with card on file. 10. Meals and snacks are included in all services 11. Childcare application will be sent via DocuSign to email on file once enrollment fee is paid. 12. Please let Director know of any health concerns regarding your child. 13. All services guarantee a 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and a 50% refund after 24 hours 14. Please allow 24-48 hours for all booking confirmations and program responses.
